On 26 June, the big day finally arrived: packit and w~well<\/a> hosted a grand anniversary celebration \u2013 and numerous guests accepted the invitation to celebrate an important chapter in the history of the \u2018Strong Group\u2019 together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

High-profile speakers such as Governor Thomas Stelzer and Barbara Steffner, representative of the European Union, addressed the audience with inspiring words. A particular highlight was the keynote speech by Univ.-Prof. DDDr. Sedmak on the topic of \u2018A safe packaging world\u2019, which stimulated reflection and opened new perspectives. An interview with managing directors DI Walter Freim\u00fcller and Karl \u00d6mmer, as well as shareholder Paul Sch\u00e4fer, rounded off the official part of the evening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The venue was the w~well<\/a> production facility \u2013 a next-generation corrugated cardboard factory. Since it went into operation in 2024, w~well<\/a> has proven itself with a clear focus on the future and sustainability: Automated intralogistics processes, digital production planning and the latest machine technology ensure efficient processes and responsible use of resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The celebration was rounded off by exclusive factory tours that provided exciting insights into the state-of-the-art production facility \u2013 a celebration of innovation and encounters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
